Our Services

Kitchen Renovation

From terrace galley kitchens to open-plan family hubs, we handle design, joinery, benchtops, tiling, plumbing and electrical under one fixed quote.

Your kitchen works harder than any other room in the house, and in Melbourne homes it often has to do even more. In a Victorian terrace it might be squeezed into a narrow rear extension; in a 1970s brick veneer it's usually closed off from the living areas. We design around how your household actually cooks, eats and gathers, then build it with one team from demolition to final clean.

Every kitchen starts with a measure and a conversation at your home. We draw up a layout, show you 3D renders and put together a materials board so you can see and touch the finishes before anything is ordered. Cabinetry is made to measure in two-pac, timber veneer or laminate, and benchtops are natural stone, porcelain, sintered stone or solid timber. We don't use engineered stone, which has been banned in Australia since 1 July 2024.

Our licensed plumbers and electricians handle the services, and you receive compliance certificates at handover. You get one itemised, fixed-price quote, a set schedule and weekly photo updates, so you always know where your renovation is up to.

Bathroom Renovation

From compact terrace bathrooms to family ensuites, we handle demolition, waterproofing, tiling, plumbing, joinery and fit-off under one fixed quote.

A bathroom renovation has to look beautiful and stay watertight for years. Many Melbourne bathrooms, from compact terrace bathrooms to dated 1980s and 1990s ensuites, are hiding tired waterproofing behind the tiles. We strip the room back, fix what's underneath and rebuild it properly.

Waterproofing is applied to Australian Standard AS 3740, and you receive a certificate at handover. Our tilers plan the set-out before the first tile goes down, so cuts are hidden and grout lines run true. We fit vanities, tapware, shower screens, heated towel rails, exhaust fans and lighting, with licensed plumbers and electricians on every job.

Small rooms are a speciality: wall-hung vanities, recessed niches and walk-in showers make a narrow terrace bathroom feel far bigger. If it's your only bathroom, we plan the work to keep the toilet usable for as long as possible.

Interior Painting

Exterior Painting

From heritage weatherboards to rendered modern homes, we prepare surfaces properly and use premium Australian paint systems for a finish that stands up to Melbourne weather.

Melbourne's weather is hard on houses: strong summer UV, winter rain and quick temperature swings all break paint down. A professional exterior repaint protects your home from the elements as well as lifting its street appeal.

We paint weatherboards, render, brick, eaves, fascias, gutters, windows and fences, using paint systems chosen for each surface. Preparation is thorough: we wash down, scrape back failing paint, repair or replace damaged timber, fill cracks and prime bare surfaces so the new finish bonds and lasts.

Flooring

Engineered timber, hybrid, polished concrete and restoration of original floorboards, all supplied, installed and finished by one team.

New floors set the tone for the whole home. We supply, install and finish engineered timber, hybrid and laminate, and polished concrete, and we restore original floorboards so they look their best again.

Many Victorian and Edwardian homes have original Baltic pine or hardwood boards hiding under old carpet, and we can often sand, repair and refinish them to bring back their warmth. For busy family homes and rentals, waterproof hybrid floors are tough and low-maintenance, while engineered oak and Australian hardwoods such as spotted gum give the look of solid timber with better stability.

Tiling

Floor and wall tiling, splashbacks, laundries, outdoor areas and heritage tile restoration, with careful set-out so every line sits right.

Good tiling is all in the detail. We tile floors, walls, splashbacks, laundries and outdoor areas, and we restore the geometric hallway and verandah tiles that are a feature of so many Victorian homes.

Every job starts with a planned set-out, so cuts sit where you won't notice them and lines run straight through doorways. In wet areas we handle waterproofing and tiling together, so one team is responsible for getting it right. For outdoor and alfresco areas we recommend tiles with a slip-resistance rating suited to wet conditions.
